1. About SkillWee

SkillWee is an interactive platform that provides AI-driven simulations and real-world scenario-based learning experiences to help individuals develop decision-making, leadership, and soft skills. Our services are accessible via our website and mobile application.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.
• By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Account Restrictions

• You may not share your account with others.
• You may not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 License Grant

SkillWee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the Platform's software.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Payments

• SkillWee offers in-app purchases of Coins, which are used to access various features and services on the Platform. Coin purchases are processed through third-party payment providers and are non-refundable.
• SkillWee also offers subscription-based services, which grant access to premium content and features.

4.2 Refund Policy

• Coin purchases are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions are refundable if a refund request is made within 14 days of purchase, provided no premium content has been accessed.

6.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you create and submit on the Platform. By submitting content, you grant SkillWee a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

• Violates any applicable laws.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains malicious software or viruses.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. SkillWee is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. SkillWee makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform's performance, accuracy, or reliability.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SkillWee be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold SkillWee harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of this Agreement.

SkillWee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including breach of this Agreement.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

14. Changes to the Agreement

SkillWee may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Agreement on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
