- Coin Purchases: Coins can be purchased through in-app transactions and are used to unlock various features, services, and content within SkillWee. These purchases are facilitated by third-party payment providers.
- Subscription Services: Subscription-based plans grant users access to premium content, advanced features, and exclusive benefits.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, and your billing details are never stored on our servers.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Coin Purchases
All purchases of Coins are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Once a Coin purchase is completed, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded. Please ensure that you review your purchase carefully before confirming the transaction.
2.2 Subscription Refunds
We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer a refund for subscription services under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the subscription purchase.
- No premium content or features included in the subscription must have been accessed during this period.
- If these conditions are met, a refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:
- Your registered SkillWee account email address.
- Proof of purchase or payment receipt.
- Reason for requesting a refund.
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the status within 7 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original mode of payment within 24 hours. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

- Refunds are only processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- SkillWee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
- Misuse or repeated refund requests may result in account suspension or termination.
